These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between jay9999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the jay9999 website and associated mobile interface. This Agreement forms the entire legal basis of that relationship and supersedes all prior communications, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.

Dormant Accounts: An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months and there is no pending withdrawal request. jay9999 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied and will be given the opportunity to reactivate the account. Dormancy fees will not reduce the account balance below zero.

jay9999 provides its platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the platform makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, uninterrupted gameplay, and accurate bet settlement, it cannot guarantee that the service will be free from errors, interruptions, delays, or technical faults at all times.

Service Interruptions: jay9999 shall not be liable for any losses, missed betting opportunities, or inconvenience caused by scheduled or unscheduled platform maintenance, server downtime, third-party payment processor outages, game provider technical errors, or force majeure events beyond the platform's reasonable control (including natural disasters, government actions, network infrastructure failures, or acts of terrorism).

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless jay9999, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, penalties, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement, your use of the platform in violation of applicable law, or any fraudulent activity conducted under your account.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the general principles of online platform governance applicable to the jurisdiction in which jay9999 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal dispute resolution process should be referred to the support team at support@jay9999 for escalation in the first instance.
